The Riverview Mansion is an abandoned three-story house located on the east island in Bravil, just south of the eastern end of the bridge to Castle Bravil.
The place bears no clues as to its former owners or their fate, though it appears that they were in the process of moving when something happened. The ground floor is full of crates and boxes, many of them full of random junk; tapestries and paintings still hang on the walls, and most of the furnishings remain in place and intact. Vandals and thieves have gotten into the place over time, though, and destroyed the dining table, tipped over a few bookshelves, and smashed several crates.
The second floor has three bedrooms along a hallway leading to the back of the house. Oddly, the master bedroom is blocked off by a barricade of furniture and is impossible to reach. The other two bedrooms still have their furniture, and the beds are usable (though likely infested).
A set of stairs clogged with more crates leads up to a small third floor, which is a single room. This room appears to have been used at some point by one or more necromancers; a table in the middle of the room holds a dismembered body, another lies pinned to the floor with a spear, and a cauldron of skulls sits nearby. There are several barrels here, which are (thankfully) empty.
NotesEdit
- The mansion does not have ownership, so entering it is not trespassing, and all of the containers are safe to loot. All of them respawn, however, so they aren't safe to use for storage. You can use the beds on the second floor to sleep in.
