Shrine of Mara is a Worksation in Castles that gives to the involved Subjects the ability to get married, affecting family ties, and the status of the Subjects.
UsageEdit
- Allows two people to unite in marriage.
- You can marry subjects at the Shrine of Mara. Commoners become nobles when they marry a noble, making them eligible to replace the Ruler when they die.
Allows Subjects to get married, under the conditions:
- Subjects are not family members
- None of Subjects is already married
- Both Subjects are Adults
- Subjects have friendly relations [verification needed]
- (?) [verification needed — other conditions?]
If the Subjects are suitable for each other, a ceremony will begin, which will be visited by all the Castle Subjects, after which the couple will be declared married. The game does not regard the race and gender of the Subjects.
