I searched "Falaal" in the lang file for a potential name for the entity that shows up at the Tomb of Family Falaal, and sure enough, I found one Menil Falaal. We don't have an article up on UESP yet, he doesn't have a health bar (which lines up with the lack of a gender marker by his name in the lang file), the other Falaal (Tifosi Falaal) has an article, and Menil is the only other Falaal in the lang file. Every other mention of "Falaal" comes from the quest stages for Quieting a Heart.
