Lomegan Mariel was Emperor Uriel Septim VII's Imperial Secretary and Personal Liaison to the Battlespire. During Mehrunes Dagon's invasion of the Battlespire in 3E 398, Sirran Angada, a leechcrafter retainer of the false emperor Jagar Tharn, used a special Transmorph spell to disguise himself as Mariel and thus gain gateway access to the Battlespire, which allowed the forces of Clan Dagon to conquer it.[1][2]
Mariel's status preceding and following these events is unknown.
