White Haven is a settlement located on the west-north region of High Rock.[1][2]
During the Imperial Simulacrum in the late Third Era, White Haven an active settlement in High Rock. It was ruled by Lady Gwynanna and had a rivalry with Meir Thorvale. It housed the temple of the Brotherhood of Temperance.[1] At the time, White Haven was neighbored by several settlements, including Shornhelm to the east and Meir Darguard to the southwest.[1][2]
As of 3E 427, the settlement remained active. One individual originating from there was Nalcarya of White Haven, an Altmer alchemist and merchant who, at that time, operated a shop in Balmora.[3]
