Han-Ammu is a Dunmer herder and Gulakhan of the Erabenimsun Ashlander tribe. He can be found in his yurt at their camp in the Molag Amur region. He holds little influence over the Ashkhan, Ulath-Pal, whose supporters all wish to make war on other tribes. Han-Ammu would rather make peace with them, but he is too meek to assert his opinions. According to Han-Ammu, the only reason Ulath-Pal made him a gulakhan is because he is the son of Airan-Ammu, who was the tribe's former Ashkhan. You must help him in order to be named the Erabenimsun Nerevarine.
He wears common pants and a common shirt. He wields a chitin spear.

Quest-Related DialogueEdit
When first spoken to:
- "I don't want to discuss it."
- name you Nerevarine
- "I am not the ashkhan. I cannot name you Nerevarine."
- Nerevarine
- "Everyone says these prophecies are nothing more than superstition. I know nothing about this."
After speaking to Manirai:
- "No matter what Manirai says, I'm not interested. You're just going to get me killed."
- what Manirai says
- "No matter what Manirai says, I don't want to be ashkhan. Ulath-Pal and his supporters would kill me in a moment. They only let me live because they despise me. If they thought someone could use me to steal control of the tribe, they'd kill me in an instant."
- get me killed
- "They only made me a gulakhan because my father was a gulakhan. And I hated my father. He was a stupid brute, and a bully. But Ulath-Pal and the other gulakhans would kill me in a minute if they thought I wanted to be ashkhan."
- gulakhan
- "I don't want to be a gulakhan. I'm not good at fighting. And no one likes me, anyway. I can't make anyone do anything. I just want everyone to leave me alone."
- Nerevarine prophecies
- "But why tell me? I am not ashkhan. I can do nothing. And Ulath-Pal and his supporters would slash my face and kick me to death if I did not do as they say."
After killing Ulath-Pal and his supporters:
- "No matter what Manirai says, I'm not interested. I don't want to be ashkhan."
- Nerevarine prophecies
- "You have killed Ulath-Pal and his supporters? So you killed them, just because of these prophecies? You are mad. I tell you -- I am not the ashkhan, and I do not want to be ashkhan."
- get me killed
- "All right. I understand. They're dead, and they can't hurt me. I'm not stupid. But you don't listen. I don't want to be ashkhan."
- what Manirai says
- "I don't care what Manirai says. I don't want to be ashkhan. Everyone despises me. I am a weakling, and a coward, and a fool. I hate it, but it is true. I just want to be left alone."
- want to be ashkhan
- "I don't want to be ashkhan. I'm not good at fighting. And no one likes me, anyway. I can't make anyone do anything. Why won't everyone just leave me alone?"
If his disposition is > 70:
- want to be ashkhan
- "Please! I don't WANT to be ashkhan. Don't you understand? I won't be any good at it. I am going to be a complete failure, and everyone will hate me even more than they do now. PLEASE! I just want to be left alone!"
If you are carrying the War Axe of Airan Ammu you can either show it to him or give it to him:
- want to be ashkhan
- "Yes. I recognize it. It is the war axe of my father, the War Axe of Airan-Ammu. Ulath-Pal had it from my father, and carried it as ashkhan. But what has that to do with my wanting to be ashkhan?"
-
- Show the axe and make a little speech.
- "Yes. It is a great axe. My father was great man. But I am not my father, and I do not want to be ashkhan." (Disposition < 90)
- "Thank you. Your lesson is clear. It is the ashkhan who bears the axe, the ashkhan who accepts responsibility for the safety of the tribe, who holds the fate of the tribe in his hands. Now, with Ulath-Pal dead, I hold the fate of the tribe in my hands, and I must accept that responsibility. Thank you for your lesson. I shall be Ashkhan of the Erabinimsun. And I do not need the axe... you should keep it for yourself. And if you wish, I shall also name you Nerevarine." (Disposition > 90)
- Show the axe and make a little speech.
-
- Give the Axe of Airan-Ammu and make a little speech.
- "Thank you. Your lesson is clear. It is the axe that gives strength in war, and it is the idea of the axe that gives confidence to the tribe, but it is the ashkhan who bears the axe, the ashkhan who accepts responsibility for the safety of the tribe, who holds the fate of the tribe in his hands. This is a sobering lesson, and I must give it thought."
Now, with Ulath-Pal dead, I hold the fate of the tribe in my hands, and I must accept that responsibility. Thank you for your lesson. I shall be Ashkhan of the Erabinimsun. And I shall name you Nerevarine."
- Give the Axe of Airan-Ammu and make a little speech.
No matter which item you decide to show, all options will eventually lead to:
- "I thank you for your lessons, %PCName. I shall become ashkhan of the Erabenimsun. And I will name you Nerevarine."
- name you Nerevarine
- "Thank you, %PCName. I promise that, as ashkhan, I shall do my best to amend the dark reputation of the Erabenimsun. And as my first action as chief, I now name you Erabenimsun Nerevarine, Champion of the Erabenimsun, and Protector of the People. You must also go to wise woman Manirai and get from her the Seizing of the Erabenimsun, an enchanted heirloom of the tribe, which shall be a sign to all Dunmer that the Erabenimsun have named you Nerevarine."
- gulakhan
- "I never wanted to be a gulakhan. I never wanted to be an ashkhan. I am not the man my father was, and never will be. But you have shown me my duty, and I will do my best."
DialogueEdit
After the main quest is finished:
- Nerevarine
- "You were right, %PCName. I am not much of a hero, but I can only try to do my duty to the tribe. And now that the Devil is dead, and the Blight is gone, perhaps there will be time enough and peace enough for me to learn what I must learn to be a leader... like my father."
