Noveni Othran is a Dark Elf necromancer. She can be found in Wellspring Grove, an island sacred to the Mages Guild, and she only appears during the related quest.
She will be waiting near the island entrance of Wellspring Cave, along with two of her friends, never even eating or sleeping until you make your appearance. The moment you surface from the cave, you will witness her kill Eletta in cold blood. At this point she will immediately confront you and hiss the words: "What have we here? Another plaything? You'll dance for me, little one, yes, you will. I'll make your corpse dance, and then tear itself apart!" After that, she will proceed to attack you.
She wears the standard Necromancer's robes with the matching hood and a pair of rough leather shoes. Her only other possession is a leveled amount of gold. In combat, she relies on a silver dagger and on a set of leveled necromancer spells, which will always be the strongest possible for her skill level.

NotesEdit
- She and Aldos Othran of Cheydinhal share the same surname although there appears to be no in-game relationship between them.
