Old Bridge is a bridge south of the Imperial City (quest-related).
It carries the Red Ring Road over one branch of the White Rose River. A Nirnroot plant is next to the bridge's eastern end. If you are following the Dark Brotherhood questline, you will find a dead drop here during the related quest.
