The 10-Year Anniversary Nord Hero is a costume based on the attire of the Nord Hero with a black-and-gold color theme matching the 10 Years of ESO celebration. It could be obtained by completing four activities during the Golden Pursuit: Welcome to Golden Pursuits! campaign.
