- It's possible more of these were supposed to appear inside the Bloody Knoll itself, judging from their name, as Yazara warns you of Shatul Clan Orcs found inside the temple that might catch you and be honor bound to attack if they spot you during the objective to swap out the blade, but no such NPCs are found during this part of the quest.
