Eye of the AncientsEdit

When you approach her by Greenwater Cove, she'll call to you:

"Over here! Soldier. We're here!"

Talk to her:

"Soldier, we …
Wait, you're no scout. Identify yourself."
I've worked with Razum-dar.
"The Eyes of the Queen. Well enough, then.
Maormer raiders hit the cove. I've called for reinforcements, but... if they don't show soon."
Can I lend a hand?
"Perhaps! There's an ancient device on the eastern cliffs, Aldmeri harbor defense. Should have stopped this bunch before they started. Not sure why it didn't.
If you can get it working again, we'll have a much easier time of it."
I'll get it done.

After agreeing to help, you can ask further questions:

"Start by looking for my runner, Lorumel. She might have learned something.
We'll be right behind you, soon as more blades show up. Good luck."
Can I ask you a question or two?
"Go. Have to keep my eyes open."
What happened here?
"Damned vipers came out of nowhere. The town was completely unprepared for the attack.
We were doing a training exercise nearby and a guardsman ran to grab us. Tried to hold them at the docks, but... Well, you can see that didn't work out."
What is this harbor defense thing?
"Not really sure. But I know what it does—burns up ships that pull into the harbor!
It's usually inactive, for obvious reasons. But the canonreeve should have been able to power it up long before the Maormer pulled into port."
Is Captain Ciranya your sister? (If you completed The Serpent's Beacon)
"Ahh. You're the one who destroyed the lighthouse at South Beacon. You saved my sister's life. Mara's heart, it's good to meet you."

Once you have saved the town, you can meet with her again:

"Mara's heart, you've done good work here. Little wonder Razum-dar trusts you."
We've won?
"Who knows how long it will take the town to rebuild? But with the Marines at our backs, we cut them to ribbons. We've won the day.
Thank you. You've the thanks of a grateful Captain."

If you speak with her again, she will be determined that the settlement of the Cove will stay.

"Greenwater Cove will be rebuilt, just wait and see. Those vipers won't drive us from this place."

Before the StormEdit

Just outside Serpent's Grotto, you'll find the major with a group surrounding a captive Maormer:

"The hour of our glory is nigh! Razum-dar forewarned me of your coming, and I have considered our circumstances carefully in light of that.
I have the utmost faith in your capabilities, and I am confident that your arrival is an augur of our victory."
I'm glad I inspire such confidence.
"Indeed. We have fought alongside many of the same soldiers and word travels quickly when it involves heroics such as those attributed to you.
I have anticipated the chance to meet you in person, and I am pleased the opportunity has finally arrived."

A Storm Upon the ShoreEdit

Approaching her if you haven't started the quest:

"I feel strong, friends. Very strong!"

Speaking to her:

"As dire as our circumstances may seem, I have only to think of Queen Ayrenn for the inspiration to fight on for a brighter future.
Victory today may come at a great cost, but the strength of the Aldmeri Dominion is worth any price!"
What is the current situation? (Leads to quest dialogue)

Otherwise, continuing from the previous quest:

"This, my friend is the calm before the storm. Our storm.
The Maormer believe that holding hostages will prevent us from taking action, but we will not allow such cowardice to determine our course. We will act and we will act decisively!"
What is the plan then?
"We charge into their encampment, rescue the hostages, and slaughter their commanders. This fool scout we captured gave us their locations.
You and Razum-dar shall spearhead our attack—one of you to handle the hostages, the other on the commanders."
We can handle that.

Asking further questions about the assault operation:

"More brave soldiers arrive soon from Marbruk. We will rally them here and prepare to launch a full-scale attack.
When your task is done, light the beacon in the lighthouse. That will be our signal to charge in and drive the bastards back to the sea."
Who are these hostages they're holding?
"Ulmion, Meratille, and Bashshi-ra. All very influential, in their own way.
We need to ensure they're freed before we launch a full-scale attack."
Who is Ulmion?
"Husband of the treethane of Woodhearth, Fariel. As good a fighter and tracker as any Wood Elf I've known. Just shows how Pelidil caught even the best of us off-guard."
Who is Meratille?
"A respected noble from Summerset. She was on her way to Elden Root, to meet with the Thalmor. You might imagine the problems it would cause, if something happened to her."
Who is Bashshi-ra?
"Around here, they call him "The Fat Cat." Wealthiest merchant in Woodhearth, but don't think his influence is limited to the city. Money moves, you know."
I want to ask about something else.
"More brave soldiers arrive soon from Marbruk…" (see above)
Why target the Maormer commanders?
"The Maormer fight as a unit. Like a crew loyal to their ship's captain, the Maormer will follow their commander's orders without hesitance.
Remove the commander and they will fall into disarray, at least long enough for our strike to overwhelm them."
What will you do with the scout you captured?
"He's a prisoner-of-war, so he'll be treated accordingly, of course.
Unless he tries to escape, in which case, we'll bury him neck-deep on the beach at low tide and let the sea decide his fate."

If you speak to her again before setting off for your targets, she'll remind you:

"Remember, the beacon at the lighthouse will be our signal to move in. Light it once you've completed your task. We will descend upon the Maormer at that moment and crush them."

Once your task is complete, return to her on the town docks:

"Send another score and I will smite them just the same! I could cut down Sea Vipers all day long!
Well done, my friend! We'll have the sanctuary back under control quickly now, but we can't stop here. The battle's only just begun!"
I thought we just needed to drive them back.
"So I had hoped, but it seems Vicereeve Pelidil has taken to sea even before we arrived.
bI suspect he may attempt to flee when he realizes his forces have lost the shore. That's why you must go after him. You must ensure Pelidil does not escape."
How do I get out there?
"Captain Jimila and her crew have retaken the Prowler and she says the ship's fit for action. They're ready to set sail as soon as you get on board.
May the winds be at your back, my friend … and may Pelidil fall quickly to your strength!"

Speak to her before going and she'll command:

"Quickly, to the Prowler! Catch the Vicereeve!
Dismissed!"

Pelidil's EndEdit

After you defeated Vicereeve Pelidil and retake Seaside Sanctuary from the Maormer:

"Tales of today's battle will undoubtedly be told for generations! When soldiers of the Aldmeri Dominion face impossible odds, they will not retreat.
They will say "remember the Battle of Seaside Sanctuary" and they will press on, to victory!"

Report to MarbrukEdit

With the sea battle behind you, you'll find the major waiting to speak to you on the docks:

"The Queen must be told of our victory here today."

Speaking to her:

"Tales of today's battle will undoubtedly be told for generations! When soldiers of the Aldmeri Dominion face impossible odds, they will not retreat.
They will say "remember the Battle of Seaside Sanctuary" and they will press on, to victory!"
So both the Maormer and the Veiled Heritance are defeated?
"Let us hope. If they do rear their ugly heads again, we will smite them once more.
There remains one very serious concern, however. The soldiers we captured say the vicereeve conducted a ritual to raise Prince Naemon from the dead."
So I heard. Does anyone know where he went?
"We have conflicting reports on that concern, but Razum-dar is investigating.
Regardless, your first priority is to inform the queen of our victory and this unfortunate news about her brother. Give her this letter. It contains all the details."
Understood. I'll report to Queen Ayrenn as soon as possible.

Speak to her again:

"Walk in radiance, my valiant friend. I hope that next time I am in battle I find you at my side once again."

The Weight of Three CrownsEdit

During The Weight of Three Crowns, Cirenwe will be acting as a bodyguard for Queen Ayrenn. If you are not part of the Dominion she will warn you to show respect while speaking with the Queen:

"Be respectful in the Queen's presence. I'll be keeping an eye on you."

However if you have completed The Serpent's Beacon, she will have earned the title of Tribune and remember you:

"Good to see you! I've been promoted since I saw you last, and my sister Ciranya is in good health. I'll give her your best when I see her."

If you're in the Dominion and you haven't completed The Serpent's Beacon, she'll be a Tribune, but she won't know you personally.

"If it isn't the hero of the alliance!"

After the Daedra attack on the leaders, she will be injured but still alive. If you speak with her she will waive off any concerns:

"Don't mind me. I'll be fine. It takes more than a few Daedra to finish me off."
