Covenant Merchant Guard in front of Fort Dragonclaw
Covenant Merchant Guards are guards that may be found at Merchant flags in Bruma, Vlastarus and Cropsford. They can also be found throughout Daggerfall Covenant-controlled areas of Cyrodiil, escorting Siege Merchants along the roads. Their enemy counterparts are the Pact Merchant Guard and Dominion Merchant Guard.
