Dulphago is an Orc commoner found in Wrothgar halfway between Orsinium and the Trader's Road Wayshrine. He's on a large rock outcropping near the ruined aqueduct overlooking the river below. He's stripped down to his britches apparently getting ready to jump off the rock.

- He mentions that his father jumped off "...this bridge..." even though he's standing on a rock ledge. There are two bridges nearby, however.
