Furnisher Documents are special folios that contain Furnishing Plans. These give players the chance to directly obtain rare plans in a particular furnishing style.
Documents and folios can only be purchased from Rolis Hlaalu or Faustina Curio in exchange for 
Writ Vouchers. Most documents and folios require also a certain achievement to be unlocked before you are eligible to buy them.

There are currently twenty two furnisher documents available. They have a chance to contain a random Superior or Epic quality Furnishing Plan. Below is a list of all possible documents and their contents:
FoliosEdit
Folios are similar to documents, but instead of having a chance to obtain a single plan from a large pool, you are granted all Legendary quality plans listed. As such, folios are significantly more expensive than documents.
These plans were available separately in previous updates, however as new Legendary plans were released with subsequent updates, they have since been packaged into zone-specific folios.
There are currently fourteen Furnishing Folios available. Below is a list of all possible folios and their cost:
