Gwannas is a Wood Elf armsman who initially can be found on the Fisherman's Isle located just outside Haven.
He used to be found at his shop on the upper floor of the Fighters Guild in Haven after the city was liberated. The Fighters Guildhall is inaccessible after the quest. Gwannas now remains on Fisherman's Isle.
