Lava Lasher is awarded for completing 30 Lava Vent encounters in High Isle.
Lava Vents are singular smoldering spots on the ground, scattered around High Isle and Amenos. When active, the vent will spawn several common monsters, and, once they're defeated, a Vulk'esh Elder or Iron Atronach. Defeating the latter marks the encounter as completed.
