Nengenil is a High Elf priest who can be found in Firsthold after the siege is lifted. He has no unique dialogue. He spends his time walking around, sometimes with a broom, a nondescript building that is revealed as Snapdragon's cottage during the related quest.
Before Update 44, Nengenil wore a mostly green and tan outfit with scarf tassels hanging below his waist. After Update 44, he sports a red and brown outfit without the tassels.
