Osgrikh is an Orc and the prince of Lashgikh's former stronghold. After she left the stronghold with her husband Esmaeel, it angered him to the point of hiring the Oathbound Clan to go after them, along with his siblings Larzgug and Thrug.
He will appear from a portal on the altar in the northeast chamber of the Obsidian Scar public dungeon during the related quest, forced to fight by Malacath.
