Pyre Keeper Rugdrulz is a hostile Orc servant of Malacath found inside Old Orsinium. Once you defeat all the enemies in his room, he moves in to attack you. Before that, he is unreachable.
He uses a mix of berserker and knight class abilities during combat. Fire vents within the room will activate during the fight, making it more arduous.
