- You draw vitality from slain enemies granting you temporary defensive capabilities. Slain enemies will grant you a Major Buff. This can occur every 5 seconds.
This verse randomly grants you a Major Buff you do not currently have when you kill an enemy for (?)seconds. If you somehow have all the major buffs active, you get nothing more. See Buffs for a list of possible effects. What changes with Ghostly Gratitude? Duration ?
