Summon Winged Twilight summons a Winged Twilight familiar to aid you in battle. The familiar remains until killed or unsummoned and has a special ability which will heal it as well as an ally when cast again while alive. The Summon Twilight Tormentor morph summons a Twilight Tormentor with a special ability which you can activate by casting the spell again while it is alive, which causes its attacks to deal more damage to enemies above 50% Health. Alternatively, the Twilight Matriarch summoned by Summon Twilight Matriarch heals an additional ally when it's special ability is activated.
NotesEdit
- Previously, casting the spell with a familiar active would cause them to be unsummoned rather than using a special ability. To do it now, you must either right-click the corresponding active effect on your character page, or remove the skill from your skill bar (at least temporarily). This can be done with a weapon swap if you don't have the skill in the same slot on both weapon tabs. (Conversely, if you don't want the familiar to go away when you switch weapons, then you must have the skill on both tabs.)
- It is possible to use this skill along with Summon Unstable Familiar, allowing you to have two summoned allies at once.
- This familiar attacks with lightning attacks, generally keeping her distance from the enemy. This makes her less likely to be killed in battle than Summon Unstable Familiar and its morphs, but also less likely to draw fire away from you.
- Twilight Tormentor's special ability bears the distinction of being the only attack in the game that does more damage to high Health enemies. This synergizes well with Sorcerer's Amplitude passive which also increases your damage to high health enemies.
- Summon Twilight Matriarch is a recommended morph for the Sorcerer Initiate and Eldritch Mender builds.

Patch NotesEdit
- Rebate: Fixed an issue with this ability. It will now properly recover magicka when your Summoned Winged Twilight is killed.
- This pet no longer gives experience if you kill him.
- Increased the damage dealt by the winged twilight and all its morphs by 15%.
- Summon Restoring Twilight: Slightly increased the damage boost, and slightly reduced the twilight's health. The Restoring * Twilight also now grants nearby allies the Minor Intellect buff.
- The Restoring Twilight pet gets 1% more bonus damage with each rank.
- Summon Twilight Matriarch: This pet now heals for the same amount at each rank of the ability, and also receives increased bonus damage with each rank.
- This ability and its morphs are no longer toggle abilities; instead, they are now normal casted abilities. * The first activation will summon your pet, and when morphed, the second activation will cast the pet's special ability.
- Note that the pet will still be desummoned if you switch ability bars without slotting it.
- Decreased the cost to summon a pet from this ability and its morphs by 50%.
- Increased the cast time to summon the pet to 1.5 seconds from 1.3 seconds.
- The pet summoned by this ability and its morphs now heals itself for 3% of its maximum Health every two seconds.
- Summon Restoring Twilight:
- This pet's special ability will now empower it, granting it a buff for 15 seconds that increases the Twilight's damage by 50% against targets above 50% Health.
- This pet no longer passively grants the Minor Intellect buff while it is active.
- Renamed this morph to "Summon Twilight Tormentor."
- Summon Twilight Matriarch:
- This pet's special ability will now cause it to heal itself and up to 2 friendly targets for 20% of your maximum Magicka.
- This pet no longer siphons her health to you if you fall below 35% Health, due to the active ability changes for Summon Winged Twilight described below.
- Adjusted the order of the Active Abilities in this skill line. They now unlock in the following order:
- Summon Unstable Familiar
- Daedric Curse
- Summon Winged Twilight
- Conjured Ward
- Bound Armor
- Developer Comment: We moved the class defining defensive ability up one slot so players who are leveling up can gain access to it earlier.
- Increased the health of the pet summoned by this ability and its morphs by 100% (15889 Health at CP160, up from 7945).
- Fixed an issue where ranking up a summon ability (Unstable Familiar, Summon Winged Twilight, Feral Guardian, etc.) would unsummon your pet.
- Summon Twilight Matriarch: Fixed an issue where this morph's heal ability could heal through walls.
- The pet summoned from this ability now has a basic heal special ability that can be used while the pet is active.
- Summon Twilight Tormentor: Decreased the cost of the special attack from this morph by approximately 15%.
- Developer Comment: These abilities were too costly for their overall impact and frequency of casting. This should increase the damage of Sorcerer pets.
- Summon Twilight Tormentor (morph): Fixed an issue where the bonus from the active portion of this ability could fail to apply to the Twilight Tormentor.
- The Zap and Kick attack from the Twilight and its morphs will now do the same damage, to help reduce volatility in performance.
- Reduced the damage of the Winged Twilight and Twilight Matriarch by approximately 69% per hit.
- Summon Twilight Tormentor: Reduced the damage dealt by the Twilight's Zap and Kick by approximately 35%. These attacks will now rank up in 1.1% damage per rank, rather than 5%.
- Increased the heal of this ability and the Twilight Matriarch morph to be closer to the heal power of Rushed Ceremony. This will result in approximately 87% increase for the base, and approximately 55% increase for the Matriarch. ***Note that these abilities will continue to scale exclusively with Max Magicka.
- Increased the damage of the basic attacks from these abilities by approximately 20% per hit
- All pets from this skill line now use a hybrid of your Spell Damage and Max Magicka, rather than purely Max Magicka. This change was done to reduce the total power of these abilities when stacking a singular stat.
- Twilight Tormentor (morph):
- Reduced the damage per hit of this morph's basic attacks by approximately 33%.
- Reduced the cost of the special ability for this morph to 2700, down from 2970.
- Increased the bonus damage to targets above 50% Health to 60%, up from 53%.
