The Atronach

The Atronach is a Mundus Stone found in Greenshade, Rivenspire, Shadowfen, and Cyrodiil. Activating the stone will grant you the permanent blessing of increased Magicka regeneration. This will last until you activate another Mundus Stone, which will replace it.

Ironically, the Mundus stone buff in ESO is completely the opposite of its effects in Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim.
