The Shambles is the northeastern district of Fargrave. Unlike the city district, the Shambles are a lawless and dangerous place, as The Grasp of the Stricture doesn't extend its reach there. As such, several gangs have formed and are now vying for control of the district. These include The Errants (which make up the largest population of mortals in the city), the Invisible Web, and the Vanquished.
It can be accessed from Fargrave Foodstuffs, the Fargrave Outlaws Refuge, and the Fargrave Crafting Plaza within Fargrave City District, as well as the Shambles Wayshrine once discovered.
Robhir can be found in various spots in each of the neighborhoods of the district. A heavy sack can spawn in front of a corpse half-covered in sand that's seated near the entrance to the Outlaws Refuge.
