- Complete all quests in Vlastarus.
Vlastarus Adventurer is awarded for completing each of the 10 quests in the settlement of Vlastarus in Cyrodiil. Members of the Aldmeri Dominion will have the easiest time of this given the city's location deep within their territory. The quests needed for this achievement are as follows:
The Direct Approach: Help weaken a dangerous cult.- Death to the Crone: Help destroy a dangerous Dremora.
- An Evil Presence: Find the source of the undead near Vlastarus.
- Bear Essentials: Kill a bear that has been threatening Vlastarus.
- Mementos: Recover refugees' stolen property.
- Rock Bone Diplomacy: Clear out a camp of goblins.
- Stolen Banner: Retrieve a stolen banner.
- For a Friend: Help settle a restless spirit.
- Essence of Flame: Help clear an Ayleid ruin of flame atronachs.
- Silver Scales: Gather materials for a local artist.
Aside from Stolen Banner, these quests are repeatable and can be completed daily.
