Windcatcher Plantation is a farm in the northwest of Khenarthi's Roost. It is shaded by the "Great Tree", in the boughs of which, according to legend, the wind goddess Khenarthi rested on her first journey across the heavens. It also appears to have a pest problem, as it is littered with rats and the cats employed to control them.
Silat's House can be found along the right-hand path into the plantation, which then proceeds down to a fishing camp along the coast. On the left-hand path you will find a crowd of Onlookers listening to a Thalmor Representative, and just to the west, a storehouse with a copy of Bolga's Guide to Island Beasts resting on a table. The other storehouse to the east spawns a thieves trove

The Great Tree can be found to the north, where Spinner Benieth is investigating the strange miasma emanating from it.
A Skyshard can be found just down the cliff to the west of the tree, near the entrance to The Mangroves. A copy of Care of Kwama can be found on a bench in a camp across the beach.
