Brescius Telettian is an Imperial Smith. He operates a smithy in Brina Cross named The Standard Issue with the help of his apprentice, Ris gra-Kerrar.
During Murder on the Crossroads, Brescius is a suspect in the killing of one Arahn Kimoi. Arahn had previously attempted to purchase Brescius' store from him, and Brescius suspects that on failing to do so, Arahn interrupted the store's supplies from Sutch. He nonetheless has an alibi for the murder, and can provide testimony on the sort of weapon that may have caused Arahn's wound.
