Breva Rondas is a Dark Elf Priest and a recent immigrant from Morrowind, having converted from the Tribunal Temple in favor of the Nine Divines - Zenithar in particular. She can be found in her room within Anvil's Bathhouse apartments.
During Culture Shock, the Itinerant Priest Alsia Juvanus asks that you speak to Breva, and get her to stop proselytzing her new faith with quite such fervor. In doing so, it turns out that Breva has run into some trouble with a local pawnbroker, Lusha, from whom she had taken a loan in order to support a future expedition to Valenwood. The interest on the loan is growing rapidly and Breva will ask that you break it. Succeed in this, and while Breva will refuse to preach her faith less overtly, she will commit to doing it in Valenwood instead.
