Durcanius Pugnitus is an Imperial Agent and the administrator of the Fort Heath mine. He can be found in the Miners Quarters, and is somewhat disliked by his subordinate, Alerios Catiosho, who claims that Durcanius does little more than push his quill around.
During Flashgrit, the forger K'Raskha requires a copy of Durcanius' signature in order to manufacture a fraudulent license that will allow you to purchase the explosive flashgrit substance.
