Micella Marin is an Imperial Merchant, the Director of the Abecean Trading Company and the chairwoman of its board. Mindful of how much the company contributes to the Kingdom of Anvil's coffers, she will not be best pleased when, during Mergers and Acquisitions, you enter her board meeting to dissuade a merger with the White Scarab Company - a merger which Micella sees as likely to be very profitable. She is described as a good friend of Herrius Thimistrel, and is supported by him to the extent that her position as chairwomen apparently relies on his support.
Micella's main rival on the board appears to be Sonkha of Hagoket, and she will commission the Imga's assassination from you in the event that you choose to side with Herrius' aims. This seems to be part of a wider cutthroat philosophy:
