The Naharine River is a river that flows to the north of Anvil before emptying into the Abecean Sea.
It shares a name with Anvil's patron saint, Saint Naharine. Prior to the Abecean Shores release in late 2024, it was initially planned to be called the Petty Strid - a name change referenced in dialogue.

- The headwaters of the Naharine are up in the hills east of Hal Sadek. It then wraps around the village and flows northwest, where it empties into the Abecean Sea outside of Anvil. It's named for Naharine the shield-maiden, saint of the waterways. - Naharine River topic
