Vasil Richton is an Imperial noble and a Marshal of the Kingdom of Kvatch. He can be found in the Saint Amiel Officers' Club in Anvil's Garden Quarter. Vasil is a proud descendant of Amiel Richton, who gives the club its name. His personal skiff can be found moored to the docks outside the officers' club.
Vasil is at the club on the invitation of his friend, Gracchus Telvor, with the two being joined by another friend, Riserius Linchal. Riserius can state that he believes Vasil is feeling out of his depth with regards to his responsibilities in Kvatch, and notes that he had to encourage him to come to Anvil. Vasil for his part is reluctant to talk business, but his family's influence on the West Navy is large enough that Gracchus' sister, Villina Telvor, will ask you to try and recruit Vasil as a lobbyist to it during Naval Leverage.
