Ghost Fanatics are hostile male Nords that appear during the Ghosts of Vitharn quest. All are members of the Fanatic Invaders faction. All those found outside Vitharn are also part of the Zealot Faction.

Three of the Fanatics assaulting the Bailey can be heard shouting out the following taunts to Althel and Hloval Dreth:

Fanatic in TestJoel

This test NPC can only be met by using the console to reach the test cell TestJoel, where you are likely to find him fighting a test Vitharn Soldier. He wears a full set of Madness armor and also carries a spare Iron Helmet, a patched vest, a pair of breeches, and a pair of rough leather shoes. In combat, he wields an iron war axe. Unlike the other fanatics, he is not actually ethereal in form as he lacks the relevant spell.
