• It is impossible to access Glimmering Hollow before being sent to save Dylora.
• Glimmering Hollow contains the only static Heart of Order in the Asylum.

0		Staada told me about a riot in the Shivering Isles' prison. She wants me to travel with her to the Asylum and help fight off the prisoners, before the Root does any more damage to Nirn. Objective 0: Enter the Asylum
1		Objective 1: Follow Staada
15		I traveled to the Asylum to help Staada put down a riot in the Shivering Isles. It looks like her counterpart, Dylora, was captured by the prisoners. Objective 15: Rescue Dylora
20		Objective 20: Investigate Stopgap for signs of Dylora
35		Objective 35: Defeat Thoron
45		I traveled to the Asylum to help Staada put down a riot in the Shivering Isles. I rescued Dylora from Thoron, who escaped before we could kill him. Objective 45: Return to Staada
52	Finishes quest	Dylora revealed to us that Thoron is hiding in the Root Nexus, behind an amber barrier. Staada has sent me to retrieve a weapon that can break through it.
