Brelan Drethos is a Dark Elf thief encountered during Proud to be Buoyant. He has lately stolen the prized glass blade of a buoyant armiger in Almas Thirr's Hostel of the Crossing, and in the quest can be found trying to offload the blade onto Breton smuggler Lazare Pajaud, at Maar-Bani Crossing. You can choose to either engage in a bidding war or to threaten Brelan for the blade, in which case he will attack you and fight to the death.
