40		I delivered the Silver Staff of Peace to Jula Minthri. Jula seemed strangely disturbed by this simple gift.
50	Finishes quest	Selura thanked me and told me that the Silver Staff of Peace belonged to a Mouth of one of the Telvanni Council, who was sent to kill Selura and failed. My delivery was a warning to the Telvanni not to try again. She gave me an Exclusive Potion of Spell Absorption for my troubles.
