Eodulfin Bright-Mane is a Nord herder who can be found in the great hall of Ebon Tower's palace in Old Ebonheart. He is the Master of the King's Horses, a position dictated by Western tradition but functionally useless in Morrowind.
He wears a common shirt, a pair of extravagant pants, and a pair of Colovian fur boots. He wields a Nordic shortsword.
Aside from his natural resistance to shock, immunity to frost, ability to shield himself, and a natural frost damage spell, he knows the following spells: Enrichment, Great Heal Companion, Resist Poison, Resist Shock, and Vigor.

So, there are no horses here."
