Marten Arcellio

Marten Arcellio is a Breton warrior and Recruit of the Imperial Legion who can be found on the second floor of the Legion headquarters at Ebon Tower in Old Ebonheart. If you are acting as commander for Olfvur Steel-Skin, Marten is one of three rookies who will come to you with questions about Morrowind.

For protection, he wears an Imperial chain coif, an Imperial chain cuirass, a pair of Imperial steel boots, a pair of Imperial steel gauntlets, and a pair of Imperial steel pauldrons. For clothing, he wears an Imperial skirt and an Imperial belt. He wields an Imperial shortsword.

Once 'All Work and No Play' has been started, his Imperial chain cuirass will be removed and he will have a common shirt equipped.

Aside from his natural bonus and resistance to magicka, and his ability to shield himself for short periods, he knows no spells.
