Ophelie Vilifiene is a Breton smith and a Swordsman of the Fighters Guild in Old Ebonheart. She provides an array of services, being able to repair your weapons, sell weapons and armor, and provide training in Armorer, Block and Blunt Weapon. Ophelie can be found in the basement of the guild hall.
At the end of A Final Fate, it is Ophelie who will provide you with the reforged axe of a long-lost and storied hero.
For protection, she wears a Nordic ringmail cuirass, a pair of heavy leather boots, and a pair of iron gauntlets. For clothing, she wears a common skirt. She wields an iron morningstar.
Aside from her natural bonus and resistance to magicka, and her ability to shield herself for short periods, she knows no spells.
