Rathys Madalvel is a Dark Elf scout and an Apprentice of the Fighters Guild who can be found on the ground floor of the guildhall in Old Ebonheart. He offers some insight into the commissioner of Margia Sycora's death, during the events of Cursing Like A Witch.
