Rosia Valo is an Imperial warrior and Recruit of the Imperial Legion who can be found at the entrance of the Legion Headquarters in Ebon Tower in Old Ebonheart.
For protection, she wears a complete set of Imperial steel armor: cuirass, helmet, greaves, boots, gauntlets, and pauldrons. For clothing, she wears an Imperial skirt. She wields a silver claymore.
Aside from her natural charm and ability to absorb fatigue from others, she knows no spells.
