Talali Hloril is a Dark Elf assassin found within the Morag Tong guild in Andothren. She has several successful executions under her belt, but has recently dithered over a writ issued for the farmer, Gulmon Nulen. The guildhall's master, Dareni Dulo, has noticed this, and will ask you to determine the reason why.
It turns out that Talali has history with Gulmon - he once saved her life, and she feels that she cannot bring her blade to bear against him in return. You can either report this information to Dareni, in which cases Talali will reluctantly be induced to hand you the writ, or else you can support Talali in her efforts to get the writ withdrawn.
