Hermette Cisterzio is a Breton commoner. Her husband, Cornelius Cisterzio, runs the Bank of Cyrodiil.
Hermette rises at 8am every morning and eats breakfast for two hours, then leaves her apartment to go wander in the Market District all day. On Morndas, Middas, and Fredas, she goes to the Arboretum at 2pm to walk around there for three hours, then returns to the Market. At 6pm, she returns to the apartment for four hours. On Morndas, Middas, and Fredas, she goes to The Merchants Inn for dinner; on Sundas, she heads over to The Temple of the One for evening worship services; and every other day she stays in and eats dinner. In any case, she spends another four hours eating or worshipping, then goes to bed at midnight.
She wears upper-class clothing, which she changes regularly, and carries a large amount of gold, a wedge of Weynon Priory blue cheese, and a key to the bank building.
The Cisterzios live in a large apartment above the bank. It's only a single room, but has a dining area, a large double bed, a work area with a desk, and several containers for storage.
Hermette has a low opinion of her husband and his generosity: "Oh? A visitor? I suppose you're here for charity or something? Well, you'll have to talk to my husband Cornelius, but you're wasting your time! His wallet is tighter than a baliwog's backside, and no teary eyed orphan or limbless war veteran will change that." If you ask if he's really that cheap, she'll tell you more: "Are you kidding? I was kidnapped once, taken right off the street in broad daylight, and you know what he did? Nothing! The bandits that took me demanded a handsome sum, and he simply wouldn't pay! He left me at the mercy of those thugs! Luckily they realised they weren't going to get a slim septim from his bony behind, and they eventually let me go. I still don't know why I stay with that worthless excuse of a man... the food and clothes are nice, though."
