The Elder Scrolls: The Official Cookbook Volume 2 is, as the title states, an official cookbook for the series written by Victoria Rosenthal and Erin Kwong. The recipes are inspired by the food and lore that has appeared in The Elder Scrolls series, especially The Elder Scrolls Online.

It is the second volume in the series, the first one being The Elder Scrolls: The Official Cookbook by Chelsea Monroe-Cassel.

Urzhag gro-Larak — The author of the Tastes and Tales from Tamriel, an Orc apprentice chef.
Balagog gro-Nolob — Legendary chef, also known as the Gourmet. Deceased mentor of Urzhag.
Gregof — A Nord, one of Urzhag’s kidnappers.
Synali — An elderly Dunmer woman who shared tales and recipes with Urzhag.
Emeloria — An elderly innkeeper from Skingrad.
Rissan — A goat herder from the Alik'r Desert, and a pen-pal of Urzhag.
Simocles Quo — One of the foremost experts on cuisine from the Third Era. Author of The Red Kitchen Reader.
Lorawen — A friend of Balagog who shared the recipe for Elsweyr Corn Fritters with him, which they learned from Saashi.
Tsaltima — A Khajiit woman, traveling entrepreneur, thief, and one of Urzhag’s companions. She also inspired him to write the book after meeting him in the Imperial City.

Arinmir Larethiath — An Altmer man, Assistant Sapiarch of Culinary Arts, editor of Urzhag’s book, and one of his companions.
Zanthan and Ralymir — Members of the Zainab Tribe, Ashlander Dunmer who shared a recipe with Urzhag.
Holrich — A Nord from Whiterun, who worked on a farm in Whiterun Hold.
Do'sha — A Khajiit member of a caravan, who stayed in Skyrim and worked on a farm in Whiterun Hold.
R'diras — A Khajiit chef from Corinthe. They cook grand macarons.
Nanasien Gevlla — Eccentric confectioner from the Imperial City, prefers to be called Nana. Claims to hail from Fargrave, where her mother fell in love with a Daedra.
Sam — A young man, later revealed to be Sanguine in mortal disguise, who spent a drunken night with Urzhag near Kynesgrove.
Tun-Ei — An Argonian captain. They are known for ferrying people from Soulrest to Leyawiin.
Bronk and Glaoga — Orcs mentioned during Urzhag's stay in Morkul.
Talili — A Dunmeri confectioner from Markarth.
Larak — Orc chieftain of Mor Khazgur. Urzhag's father.
