The scene opens up to a war room map with a ship piece. The scene then shifts to an actual ship belonging to Daggerfall Covenant traveling to an island in the distance. The scene pans to the All Flags Islet on High Isle, and then transitions to the Covenant ship with an Aldmeri Dominion to its right and a Ebonheart Pact ship to its left. A storm is stirring, and we then see the Ascendant Lord swipe three ship pieces off his board and ascend up a flight of stairs. He then watches as the ships belonging to three factions struggle against the waves.
