The Rithana-di-Renada, or Song of Kingdoms (from Ta'agra), is an ancient stone mural of Khajiiti make. It portrays the sixteen kingdoms of Elsweyr, symbolic of the harmony, unity, and peace between them.[1] Its centerpiece, the unassuming Singing Crystal, emits a beautiful melody known also as the Song of Kingdoms when placed in the mural.[2]

When Rajhin lived as a mortal, he stole the Singing Crystal,[3] causing the musical aspect of the Rithana-di-Renada to fall into legend.[1]
When the Thrassian Plague wrought strife among the sixteen kingdoms beginning in 1E 2200, the sixteen kingdoms became disunited. Much like Elsweyr itself, the Rithana-di-Renada was shattered into sixteen pieces, each bearing the depiction of an individual kingdom. These pieces were scattered and lost.[1]
Circa 2E 582, the curators of the House of Histories museum in Riverhold (Khajiit siblings Iraya and Izanji) were able to retrieve and restore all sixteen fragments of the Rithana-di-Renada. However, before they could set the pieces back into the wall, the pieces were stolen. Seemingly in homage to the Khajiiti legend Rajhin and the Trail of Ink, the thief left a clue at the scene of the crime for where the fragment bearing Anequina could be found.[1] The Vestige agreed to follow the clue and retrieve the Anequina fragment. Upon locating it, they were met with a Shadow of Rajhin, an avatar of the trickster god himself.[4] He explained that he had stolen and hidden the pieces of the Rithana-di-Renada. He gave the Vestige a book of riddles, which cryptically described where in Anequina each of the remaining fifteen pieces of the mural could be found.[5]
Eventually, the Vestige successfully returned each fragment to the House of Histories, placing them within the empty spaces in the wall.[4] The Shadow of Rajhin appeared before them, revealing the existence of the Singing Crystal and its role in the legends. By this time, the crystal was in the possession of a moon sugar smuggler, unaware of its importance due to its lackluster appearance when apart from the Rithana-di-Renada.[3] The Vestige then retrieved the Singing Crystal and restored the melody to the Rithana-di-Renada.[2] A replica of the complete mural was given as a reward.[6]
