Delvam Andarys is a Dark Elf sorcerer, a Hireling in House Telvanni, and a wanted necromancer. He lives in Mawia, a Velothi tower on Azura's Coast, southeast of Molag Mar. He does not offer any services and will be hostile to you on sight.
He is wearing a common robe with matching shoes, and a ring of regeneration. He also carries the unique shortsword Shimsil.
