Shor's Stand is a small Nord village in WesternSolstice. It was founded over a century ago when a group of raiders, lead by Thane Haefrid, made their way through stormy seas to the island and settled there.
The town centered around the square stage with a carved wooden pole in the middle. Wooden longhouses and cabins encircle this area which includes the merchant store and inn. All of the buildings in the town are decorated with whalebones. Shor's Stand also has a fishing dock to the west, which can be reached by following the southwest path leading out of main settlement. A small farmstead with various tropical crops is located to the northwest of Shor's Stand and overrun by Coral and Hermit Crabs.
