Sielle Eumand is a Breton Enchanter who heads the Mages Guild hall in Brina Cross. She offers assorted services and training to guild members of Conjurer rank or above.
Sielle has a number of quests for members of the guild, mainly focused around assisting her experiments in enchanting items with the use of two souls - an magical feat that has (to the best of her knowledge) not previously been performed. She is also interested in keeping up the Guild's reputation in the town (and thus maintaining its cash intake from passing adventurers).
