< Mod / Skyrim: Skyrim Mod: Verified Creations: A Tale of Blood and Snow: NPCsElidor is a Thalmor commander who killed Namasur al-Skaven's comrades during the Great War, before Namasur became a Cronvangr vampire. After learning from contacts that Elidor has come to Skyrim, Namasur asks you to assassinate Elidor as a favor to him.
Elidor himself will be a random leveled Thalmor boss, similar to Agent Lorcalin or the Northwatch Interrogator.
