Carolos Lucianus is an Imperial publican and one of Otrebus Delagia's thugs who can be found behind the bar at The Empress Katariah tavern in Old Ebonheart. He only appears if you get arrested during the events of the Thieves Guild quest 'Infiltrating the Gang', resulting in the Thieves Guild going into hiding and Delagia's thugs taking over The Empress Katariah.
Technically, Carolos buys and sells potions and ingredients like any other publican. However, it is impossible to try to barter with him as his unique dialogue are prioritized over most other greetings, including the greetings that trigger when you are naked that can be used to bypass forced Goodbyes. He barters with 1 gold and his Mercantile is 62.
He wears a common shirt, a pair of common pants, and a pair of iron boots. He wields a wooden mace.
Aside from his natural charm and ability to absorb fatigue from others, he knows no spells.
